A clear phone photo of one eye, in daylight, taken from about 6–12 inches away. The iris should fill most of the frame. Don’t worry about perfection — if the photo doesn’t work, we’ll ask for a retake at no charge before we render anything.

We’ll let you know within 24 hours of upload, and ask for a specific kind of retake — closer, better-lit, or a different angle. The retake is free. We never charge until we’ve rendered a usable proof.

Yes. Every order includes a proof — the cosmic-art version of the iris, sent to you within 48 hours of upload. Nothing prints until you approve. If you want changes, we render again at no cost.

We send order confirmations to the email you provide at checkout, not the shared one if you tell us. The card receipt is named generically so it won’t give the surprise away. If you need extra discretion, mention it at checkout and we’ll handle it by hand.

Yes — choose the gift-flow option at checkout. You pay now, we send the recipient a private upload link by email on the date you specify. They upload their own iris, see the proof, and the framed artwork ships to their address.

Tell us the date at checkout. We’ll show you the production and shipping schedule and confirm delivery before you pay. If we can’t make your date, we tell you before you commit.

A4 (210 × 297 mm), A3 (297 × 420 mm), and A2 (420 × 594 mm). A3 is the most popular for bedrooms; A2 for living rooms and gallery walls.

Natural oak (warm, soft) or matte black (graphic, modern). Both are real wood — no plastic, no MDF, no gloss finishes. White mat or full-bleed are both options.

The EU, UK, US, and Canada, with delivery within 7–10 days of approving your proof. Other countries are available on request — contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm.

If they (or you) don’t love it, we’ll reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions, no return shipping. We’ve never had to use this on a proof-approved order; the proof step does the work.
